JLM Projects is a consulting company with local and international experience in human and animal healthcare industry. We specialize in providing high value services that will support operational and functional needs of our clients.
Experience, innovation, determination and solution oriented focus: These have been the pillars of success for JLM Projects since the company was founded by José Luis Monteagudo in 2008.
CREATION
José Luis Monteagudo and Victor Maqueda are experts with more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and were JLM Projects’ first team members. Originally, they only provided consulting and auditing services (Quality, GMP and ISO 9001 audits).
From the beginning, they have had as main goal to develop a professional team to provide custom services for the integral management of projects in the industry, prioritizing quality and confidence.
EXPANDING OUR SERVICES AND NEW OFFICE
Carlos Bona and Juan Carlos Carabajal joined our company to provide their expertise in Project Management. A new product strategy was launched, designed to support the evolving needs of our clients. We also added the area of Operational Support and opened our first office located in the north area of Great Buenos Aires.
Every new service has been adapted to the needs of our clients with the aim of achieving total regulatory compliance, increasing efficiency and promoting continuous improvement.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Our company launched a new area of Facility Management offering an integrated approach, through design, planning and delivery of support services.
We supply the technical resources and/or manage your Operations and Maintenance Program, delivering performance based results in the constantly evolving healthcare industry.
SPREADING KNOWLEDGE
We offer training courses given in company, on line or at our Training Center located in CABA. Our courses address many topics including international standards, quality systems and technical tools. Mastering these concepts is a great way to maintain high laboratory standards and learn industry best practices.
